Victoria is an experienced qualitative researcher with particular expertise in the financial services space. Over the last decade, Vic has worked across multiple financial product areas from retail products through to complicated investment mechanisms. She has experience of the impact of financial regulation among consumers and advisers, intermediated products and processes and corporate offerings. Victoria has a deep interest in understanding the ways in which people deal with their finances and financial information and the challenges of this space in people’s everyday lives.
Prior to joining BritainThinks, Victoria was at NMG Consulting and GfK Financial. She has an undergraduate degree in geography from UCL and a Masters in Society and Space from Bristol University.
