Tom joined BritainThinks in August 2018. Since then, he has worked for a range of public, corporate and third-sector clients including the Office for National Statistics, the Financial Conduct Authority and Oxfam. He has experience in a range of qualitative methodologies including moderating online communities.
Prior to joining the team, Tom studied an MSc in Culture and Society at the London School of Economics, where he used qualitative interviews to research whether growing up in London makes you a cosmopolitan.
Tom was a manager and teacher at a school in Seoul, South Korea for eighteen months and previously graduated with a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
