Raphael is Associate Director at BritainThinks, using research and insight to address clients' policy, communications and reputation challenges. His experience includes conducting depth interviews with senior stakeholders, in-home ethnography with vulnerable audiences, large-scale quantitative surveys and international online research communities. He has worked with a diverse range of organisations across private, public and third sectors, including Ofgem, Abbott, Heritage Lottery Fund, McDonald's and the Cabinet Office.
Raphael joined BritainThinks through the internship programme in 2012. Before joining, he completed a postgraduate degree in Public Policy at King's College, London and an undergraduate degree in Law at the University of Oxford. Raphael is a member of the Market Research Society.
