Jessica is an experienced agency MD/COO with a focus on driving business by creating smooth-running processes, developing team talent and a great working environment, best practice client services, clear thinking and open communication to really optimise agency performance.
Prior to joining Britain Thinks Jessica was Managing Director of SevenC3, an award-winning content marketing agency, part of the C3 network where she worked closely with Seven’s major clients like Sainsbury’s, Weight Watchers, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Fujitsu, the Guardian and the IOD. Jessica was responsible for running the agency on a day-to-day basis overseeing client services, delivery, commercial, production, development, video, IT and HR teams to deliver work seamlessly and effectively.
In April 2017 Jessica stepped down from the Board at SevenC3 but continues to work with them as an independent Management Consultant and Advisor to the Board.
Previously as multi-platform Publisher at BBC Worldwide and Haymarket Jessica was responsible for publishing strategy, marketing & management of brands (BBC Music Magazine, Southbank Magazine, Top of the Pops, Old Grey Whistle Test, the ROH and women’s glossy Eve magazine) including magazines, books, DVDs, global editions, syndication, and multi-channel brand extensions.
