Holly has particular expertise in arts, culture, education and sports research for clients such as Arts Council England, Universities UK, Teach First and the Jockey Club. She has vast experience in a range of methodologies, from qualitative workshops and focus groups to advanced statistical techniques in quantitative surveys. She works across a wide range of research audiences including hard to reach groups of the general public and senior stakeholders.
Holly joined BritainThinks in 2017 from research agency ComRes, where she led the public sector and social research team. During her time there, Holly led research into digital influence for the Grantham Research Institute, which won the 2014 MRS Award for Public Policy/Social Research. Prior to that, Holly worked at Customer Closeness Company, helping consumer-facing organisations understand their customers.
She holds a Master’s Degree in English Literature, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Theology, both from the University of Nottingham.
