Cordelia is a specialist in communications and reputation research with experience working across a wide range of methodologies, from complex quantitative surveys and segmentations to online communities and depth interviews with vulnerable audiences. She has particular expertise in the financial services, energy and public sectors for clients including TheCityUK, Financial Conduct Authority, Centrica Energy, British Gas, the Cabinet Office and the Home Office. She regularly comments on public opinion in the media, having appeared on BBC Breakfast, Sky News and BBC Radio 4’s The Week In Westminster, and at industry events including the Market Research Society Conference.
Cordelia joined BritainThinks in 2013 from ComRes where she established the company’s online qualitative offering. Prior to that she worked in the communications teams of two leading think-tanks. Cordelia has a first class degree in anthropology from Oxford University, through which she gained a thorough academic grounding in ethnographic theory and practice.
