July 19, 2018

In Autumn 2019, Arts Council England will publish a new strategy for 2020-30, setting out its mission, vision and ambition for the next ten years. BritainThinks were commissioned to conduct two key pieces of work to inform its new strategy:

The next ten years: The Conversation has involved a wide-reaching engagement programme hearing from more than 4,921 people via workshops, ethnographic visits and surveys, underpinned by an open online Conversation platform. The next ten years: Evidence Review comprised a review of 292 reports to understand how the arts, museums and libraries sector has progressed since 2010, specifically focusing on the themes of quality, engagement, resilience and sustainability.
