EBAY CHOOSES BRITAINTHINKS FOR EUROPEAN REPUTATION TRACKING RESEARCH
eBay has commissioned research and strategy agency, BritainThinks, to conduct quarterly reputation tracking in the UK, Germany and France to inform and evaluate their communications strategy.
Vanessa Canzini, Head of European Corporate Communications for eBay, said: "With the help of BritainThinks we have enhanced our approach for measuring our reputation to give us greater understanding and insight. The research has become central to our strategic thinking and how we hold ourselves to account through target setting."
